Open to all NZ Young Farmers members, the NZYF Tournament aims to develop the interest and skill level in stock judging, fencing, clay target shooting and debating.

The Tournament Series
NZ Young Farmers members from across the country compete in their local Regional Tournament, with the winners moving to the National Final.
Goldpine Fencing
Competing in teams of two, competitors are tasked with building a fence and then they will be judged on a number of criteria.
Tavendale & Partners Debating
The aim of the debate competition is to develop public speaking, logic and argument skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively.
NZ Farmers Livestock Stock Judging
Primarily the sections consist of beef cattle, dairy cattle, meat and wool sheep breeds, and wool fleece are run in accordance with the Royal Agriculture Society rules.
