The FMG Young Farmer of the Year stands as the premier event for NZ Young Farmers, showcasing the remarkable skill and knowledge of young people within the food and fibre sector.

FMG Young Farmer of the Year
NZ Young Farmers members battle it out for the title of FMG Young Farmer of the Year. Winners from the District Contests move to one of seven Regional Finals, where it's decided who will be at the Grand Final.
FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year
High school students compete in the FMG Junior Young Farmer of the Year Contest. Students compete in teams of two and complete a range of modules all based on the food and fibre sector.
